Dee Brooks
I’m passionate about people! Seeing people discover what they care about, enough to act on, is exciting and rewarding.
I’m an international community engagement and development trainer and facilitator who believes in the power of tapping into the collective wisdom of a community to strengthen and build on what’s already there. I’m a Collective Member of the Jeder Institute and have been applying participatory leadership processes to my work for almost 2 decades. As an ABCD trainer and consultant, founding member and Facilitator of the ABCD Asia Pacific Network, an Art of Hosting trained facilitator, a founding co-creator of The Unconference, a Flow Game Host and DRUMBEAT Facilitator, I love witnessing the light bulb moments people have when they discover their assets and strengths! |
Jane Geltch
I am a participatory process host, and steward of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter.
I love working with organisations 'going Teal', and am a student of the new paradigms emerging for a more connected, compassionate future. I see my work with Purpose Partners as co-creation - working with others to bring new ideas to life. I have a growing conviction that empathy, compassion and forgiveness are the keys to a meaningful life. I love hosting and nourishing others on their path as they host and nourish me. |

I have skills and experience in participatory process in community, business and organisational contexts and draw inspiration from the Art of Hosting communities in Australia and globally.
I have international experience working in the space of co-creation and participatory practice, and have witnessed the transformative power of people connecting authentically and using processes which promote co-creation and change. With Purpose Partners, I’m enjoying working with organisations to co-create a transition to lighter, more responsive structures based on participatory leadership and evolving purpose. |

I have worked and played in the human service sector supporting people who may experience vulnerability for over 20 years.
At the heart of who I am is an ongoing commitment to see inclusive and welcoming communities that reduce the vulnerability of people who can be dependent on systems. I believe that this is ultimately achieved by recognising and honoring the expertise that each individual holds about themselves and their future dreams. I am an Art of Hosting practitioner where I am continually drawn to and amazed at the power of Circle. |
Fiona Malcolm
I am a passionate, committed creative social work practitioner who has worked across the community sector for nearly fifteen years. I have strong links to community development practice and believe strongly in the power of people and communities to drive their own change.
I am a participatory process practitioner, and one of 3 Purpose Partners. I believe in creating opportunities for all voices to be heard in systems, particularly for those who are impacted the most by policy and program development. I have a background in visual arts which I am currently reigniting, and am enjoying many opportunities to use creative processes to engage and connect with people. |

Felicia Fitzgerald
I have been working in community for almost 20 years with people experiencing disability and people living in financial crisis. I am one of the few people who enjoy public speaking and will use any opportunity to speak out for social change. I believe everyone has a place of value in their community and have always worked from a strengths based, person centred approach.
For the last three years I have been working hard at breaking down barriers in the local community and assisting people living with disability to become valued members of their community. When I am not talking you’ll find me wandering about my property with my dogs enjoying the rural life. |
Suzanne Milthorpe

I have a diverse range of experience in campaign management and strategic development in NGOs. I am a keen diver and runner who loves nothing more than hitting the trails amongst some lovely dry sclerophyll! |
